What forms of payment are accepted?
Accepted forms of payment include all major credit or debit cards, and PayPal. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Financing is also available through PayPal. Knightro Guitars offers affordable monthy payment plans that can be arranged during your customization process. Finished guitars are not shipped until all payments have been received.
How long does it take to build a Knightro Guitar?
All Knightro Guitars, unless otherwise noted, are made to order and customized to your desired specifications. Processing times are approximate; however, you can expect your Knighro Guitar to take 8-16 weeks to complete. During this time, we are always in contact and happy to send you photos and/or videos of your custom guitar being built.
Do you make lefties?
Yes! Please indicate in the notes section of the online order form that you need a leftie.
When and how will my guitar be shipped?
Knightro Guitars is pleased to offer worldwide shipping. Guitars will be shipped within three business days of their purchase (for ready-to-ship guitars) once they have been completed and paid for in full (please reference the build section above for processing times) and will be shipped via USPS, or UPS with delivery confirmation and insurance. If you would like to arrange alternative shipping methods, please contact us prior to making your purchase so we can make appropriate arrangements.
For international shipping (packages shipped outside the U.S.), there may be a customs fee. This fee is the responsibiltiy of the buyer. Additionally, international packages can take longer to receive. Please allow up to three weeks for your package to arrive if you reside outside of the United States.
What is your Return/Refund Policy?
Knightro Guitars proudly offers a 100% guarantee against defects in workmanship or materials. If you find that your instrument does not function correctly or has been damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. If the issue is deemed too severe to repair, the price of the instrument (minus the initial deposit) can be refunded.
With the exception of above cases such as damage during shipping or improper function, all instrument sales are final. Deposits are non-refundable.
